Renovating bathroom

I am renovating a bathroom in my house which was kept unused for a long time. As the first step, I called this plumbing service provider in Hamilton called Plumbwize for inspection. There were a few major plumbing issues, which they will fix in a week. I want to change the toilet and install a universal tap. There's already a shower and bathtub inside it which I will not be replacing. How much is the whole thing going to cost me (plumbing not included)? I have a budget of $10,000. What are the other changes I can include along with this?
