i dont know what to do...single mom alomost 19

my sons father left me a few months after i found out i was pregnant and he walked completly out of my life but he came back the night that our son was born. he has dated alot of my friends and whatnot but ive been trying not to go after him for child support because i wanted us to get back together. he is a year and a half younger than i am. i need to move on but is this right is this the right thing to do, if so how do i start and where do i go from here? our son is already 5 months old. what do i do???

You go on with your life. Go to school, get a job, get a place, get wic... get medical and dental from the state if you need to... you go out and meet people and date and move on with your life.

It won't be over night, but it will eventually happen. If you don't need support don't get it, usually when the mom goes for support, the dad then requests visitation. Unless you can prove him unfit he could likely get 50% of your son's time.
