Hi

My husband's mother has emotional abused me over the years. I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder 3 years ago. She has tried to convince my husband I am crazy woman so she can keep my daughter with her. I have been under treatment and I have realized that I am not Bipolar.

I have prohibited my husband's mother to have any contact with my daughter until she gets to respect me as my daughter's mother and my husband's wife. She has said she has also rights but she has really deep emotinal problems. She is a very needy lady and has abused and used my daughter for her own good. I dislike and cann't trust her. She is very manipulative lady and has tried to take my daughter away from me convincing herself and my husband that I am crazy.

Can somebody knows what's a legal process that I can do to ask for restriction order againts here?or How can I make my motherhood's rights win over her?

Thank you
The desperate mother and wife!

Not all mother in laws are troublesome. But if they are troublesome you should take care. Most wives face this by putting the pressure on the husband. As a senior member in the family the mother in law outranks the wife.
I have read a blog regarding this. you can find the blog here. Think this can help you.
