I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO...........

HI,I'M NEW TO THIS SITE. I was out of town so i couldnt get back for my court date for my divorce. My ex worked it so that he got my son and i only get to see him when my ex says.He hardly lets me see him(twice a year,maybe),he keeps moving him around and i dont know where he is until after the fact.I only get to call him once a month,and hope they answer the phone,my son doesnt even get to see his brother and sister.....and i find out last night that he has taken our son and moved to germany.what can i do???????????????
